Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to service, repair and install Fire, Security & Access Control systems, including CCTV systems for our customer base, which includes municipal, residential and commercial accounts. In addition the technician should positively represent the company in the community.

Job Requirements:

The incumbent should have Level 2 or Level 3 Nicet Certifications; and past experience in low voltage wiring and excellent customer relations’ skills. Experience with the installation of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, and fire systems, including integrated applications, is strongly desired but not required. A high school diploma or GED, good communication and customer service skills, basic computer experience, electrical experience are needed. IT and networking experience helpful. A clean driving record is required. Current BASA/FASA certification desired, but not required.

This position is designed to install new security and fire systems and add new equipment to existing security systems. The incumbent must also prepare paperwork for programming of new and existing security systems. In addition the installer should positively represent the company in the community.

Job Requirements:

The incumbent should have past experience in low voltage wiring and some customer relations skills. The incumbent must also provide his or her own basic hand tools (screwdriver, 6-foot ladder, hammer, small drill bits etc.). A clean driving record and some out of town travel are required. A high school diploma or GED, good communication and customer service skills, basic computer experience, and electrical experience are needed. IT & Networking experience helpful. Current BASA/FASA certification desired.
